Our Pet Policy

Pet Policy at Accel Property Management

At Accel Property Management, we are dedicated to fostering a pet-friendly environment that accepts pets of various breeds and sizes. Our pet policy is thoughtfully designed to prioritize the safety and well-being of both our tenants and their pets, ensuring a harmonious living experience for everyone. Recognizing that pets are an integral part of your family, we welcome a range of animals, including cats, dogs, fish, and hermit crabs.

Typically, our policy allows up to two pets per property; however, some properties may have different allowances, including a no-pet policy, so it’s important to list all pets on your rental application. A non-refundable fee of $250 per pet is generally required, though some properties may waive these fees. Please note that only pets listed on your lease agreement are permitted, as housing unapproved pets is a violation of our policy.

Restricted Breeds Policy

The safety and well-being of our tenants remains our highest priority. Consequently, we maintain a list of restricted breeds that are not allowed. These include:

We kindly ask our tenants to adhere to our restricted breed policy, as it is designed to prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone.

Service Dog Policy

We do not charge any fees for service dogs.

At Accel Property Management, our commitment to safety and maintaining the quality of properties is at the core of our pet policy. We recognize the joy and companionship pets bring to households, but we also prioritize creating a secure and well-maintained living environment for all tenants. Our policies, including breed restrictions and pet fees, are carefully crafted to balance pet ownership with the safety and comfort of our communities. Additionally, we strive to ensure that the properties remain clean, damage-free, and enjoyable for both pet owners and non-pet owners alike. This thoughtful approach helps us create an agreeable living experience for all residents.
